Our commitment is to produce wines that can speak of this important “Cru” of the Castelli di Jesi: Rosora. So immensely heterogeneous in every corner of its land, overlooking the sea but cradled by the mountain slopes.

This is why we focus all our attention on caring for the vineyards, with the aim of protecting the biodiversity of the soil by practicing sustainable agriculture. This allows our plants to fight diseases, resist environmental stress and give us grapes with perfect ripening balance.

Once the grapes have reached the correct maturation, we dedicate ourselves to the harvest which is done strictly by hand to preserve the quality and integrity of the grapes. The production, deliberately selected, relies on the meticulous care of the cellar workers, where the wine ages in vitrified concrete leaving the territorial character unchanged.
